Domestic Shipping (India)

• We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for products priced below Rs 5000.
• Orders are typically dispatched in 2-3 days and delivered within 5-7 days for major Indian metro cities. For other locations, orders are dispatched in 5-7 days and delivered within 7-10 days.
• Delivery may take a little longer when unique pieces are being designed or made to order.
• Our courier partners deliver between Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM. Delivery is not available on public holidays or Sundays. Please note that delivery times are subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or strikes.

International Shipping

• International deliveries can take 10-12 working days.
• Delivery may take a little longer when unique pieces are being designed or made to order.
• Shipping costs vary based on the item, payment method, and delivery location.

For international orders, duties and taxes are borne by the recipient and paid directly to the authorities. Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Our logistics partners may assist with documentation and duty/tax payment for a nominal charge.

INSURANCE

All purchases are insured during transit until delivery. A signature is required upon delivery, transferring responsibility for the goods to you. If you designate a third-party recipient, their signature constitutes delivery fulfillment.
