To make sure you get your purchase as swift as possible, we have partnered with the top delivery companies who are dedicated to handling your products with the same level of care as you have in choosing them. Shipping within India is FREE for all order.

Most of our products will be able to be delivered to you within 3-5 working days from receiving yourorder in all major Indian metro cities. For other locations and international shipping delivery could take up to 10-12 working days. However in some cases where unique pieces are being designed or made to order the delivery time may take a little longer.

Please note we insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. If you have specified a third party recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift)then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us of our obligation, and transfer of responsibility.

As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday:9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from ourcourier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

For your convenience we offer COD option for many of our products. However,the COD option is not available on heavy products.  

In exceptional circumstances and due to reasons beyond our control we may at times be unableto deliver the confirmed order(s) to you.

In the event we are unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) as mentioned herein above and the payment for such order(s) has been made by you through your credit/debit card, the amount paid by you while placing the order(s) on the Site will be reversed back in your card account.
