Refund and Retuns

At Fusion Furnishing, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience by delivering products that adhere to the highest quality standards. Due to the handmade, vintage, or distressed nature of many of our products, slight imperfections such as joints, cracks, or peeling paint are inherent and add character to the items. We encourage you to thoroughly review the product details before purchasing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for products that meet the specifications of the order placed.
  • We accept returns only if a product is wrongfully delivered, has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, or is damaged during transit, we will provide a full refund or re-fulfill the order.
  • Product return requests must be initiated within 24-48 hours of delivery.

CANCELLATION

  • Before Dispatch:
    Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us at info@fusionfurnishing.com or +91 9358506263.
  • After Dispatch:
    Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

INCORRECT/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • Please inspect the shipment externally upon delivery to ensure you receive the correct products and identify any potential damages or discrepancies.
  • We highly recommend recording a clear video while unboxing your products.
  • In case of damages, missing parts, or incorrect items, promptly email us at info@fusionfurnishing.com with your order number, shipment tracking details, and photos/videos of the issue within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging.

RETURNING A GIFT

We apologize if your gift didn’t meet your expectations. Please email us at info@fusionfurnishing.com for assistance in returning the item.

REFUNDS

  • Each request is handled on a case-by-case basis for prompt resolution.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was wrongfully delivered or damaged in transit.
  • COD orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp. Orders not confirmed within 24 hours will be canceled.
  • Refund will be initiated in 24hr after we find it genuine.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Products purchased under promotional offers or discounted schemes cannot be exchanged.
  • No cash returns are provided.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Fusion Furnishing reserves the right to modify the User Agreement without prior notice. The decision of Fusion Furnishing management is final in case of any policy changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
